The posting

1、集成测试方案设计与执行：负责灵巧手整机及核心子系统（关节模组、触觉传感器、电机驱动等）的系统集成测试方案设计，编写测试用例，执行测试并输出质量报告。

2、软硬一体问题定位与推动闭环：对测试中发现的跨模块问题进行精准定位，能阅读算法和嵌入式代码，编写测试脚本复现问题，初步隔离到硬件信号异常、通信协议错误或软件逻辑缺陷，并推动各模块负责人协同修复，跟进迭代，回归验证，形成问题闭环。

3、自动化测试框架开发：搭建灵巧手自动化测试框架与工具链，开发软硬件结合的自动化测试脚本，将回归测试自动化率提升至行业优秀水平，持续提高测试效率。

4、测试工装与治具开发：与工装设计工程师配合，参与灵巧手专用测试工装、标定治具的需求定义和验证，确保测试环境的稳定性和一致性。

5、质量度量与持续改进：定义并跟踪灵巧手系统集成质量的关键度量指标，定期分析测试数据，识别质量薄弱环节，驱动产品持续改进。

1、专业背景：本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、电子电气、机械电子等相关专业。

2、编程能力：熟练掌握Python，能独立编写自动化测试脚本和测试工具。熟悉C++者优先，能阅读并调试算法和嵌入式代码。

3、软硬一体测试经验：2年以上系统集成测试或测试开发经验，有机器人、自动驾驶、汽车电子或工业设备等软硬一体行业背景。有灵巧手、协作臂或精密机电产品测试经验者优先。

4、系统级排障能力：具备软硬件全栈的问题定位思维，能从上层应用异常追踪到传感器信号、电机控制指令或通信协议，精准隔离问题边界。

5、自动化测试能力：有搭建自动化测试框架的实际经验，熟悉持续集成体系，了解硬件在环测试的基本概念。

6、软性素质：逻辑清晰，自驱力强，对质量有极致追求，不轻易放过任何一个偶发性异常。具备良好的跨团队沟通能力。

加分项：

1、了解电机控制原理，有伺服驱动器或关节模组测试经验。

2、有触觉传感器的测试或标定经验。

3、有从0到1搭建自动化测试平台的成功经历。
