1. 负责线束场景解决方案的机械结构相关设计工作，包括非标自动化设备、高精度工装夹具及专用末端执行器的设计开发； 2. 负责机械结构部件的强度、刚度、稳定性等性能分析和计算； 3. 参与设备装配、性能验证及现场联调，针对结构缺陷进行闭环优化，确保整机运行指标达到设计预期。 4. 与电子电气、软件算法、供应链、FAE等业务关联部门协作，确保产品的整体性能和功能达到预期要求； 5. 跟踪线束自动化前沿工艺与行业趋势，主导机构创新，提升产品方案的竞争优势； 6. 负责输出完整的 2D/3D 工程图纸、BOM 清单、DFMEA 及装配维护技术文档，推进设计标准化与规范归档，为生产和后期维护提供支持。

1. 本科及以上，机械相关专业，三年以上工作经验，具有消费电子或工业自动化领域成熟量产项目经验者优先； 2. 具备各类标准件的选型、设计校核能力，与扎实的机械原理、机械设计和力学知识基础，掌握形位公差的设计校验能力； 3. 熟练掌握机械设计软件和相关工具（UG NX、SolidWorks、Creo、CATIA），熟练掌握top-down设计以及参数化建模； 4. 具备较强抗压能力与良好的沟通协作能力，能够与其他部门进行有效沟通，解决技术问题； 5. 有较强的学习和创新能力，能够根据产品需求快速响应提出方案；
