岗位描述 - 负责公司全线机器人产品工具链的规划与设计，打通研发、销售、售后的全链路软件体验。 - 负责研发提效工具链的搭建，深度定制并优化研发流程管理系统，提升研发团队的协同效率。 - 负责软件性能及质量监控看板搭建，实现机器人性能数据的可视化与可追溯。 - 负责面向B端/C端客户的交付工具管理，设计直观、高效的交付HMI界面，降低产品部署与现场交付的门槛。 - 负责售后服务平台与客户支持系统的搭建，优化设备报修、远程诊断、知识库及配件申领等售后服务全流程。

  • 计算机、软件工程、信息系统、工业设计等相关专业本科及以上学历。
  • 3年以上产品经理经验，具备大型软件类项目的完整产品化经验。
  • 具备极强的逻辑抽象与平台设计能力，能够同时驾驭C端高审美要求与B端高效率要求的设计思维。
  • 熟练掌握敏捷开发流程，精通JIRA、Confluence等工具的深度配置与流程治理，具备实际的研发项目管理或提效落地经验。
  • 对数据敏感，理解Web/App端以及硬件端的数据埋点、指标体系构建，能基于看板数据驱动产品体验和研发质量的持续迭代。
  • 具备优秀的跨部门沟通与资源整合能力，能有效连接市场营销、硬件/算法研发、现场交付及售后客服等多元团队。
