The posting

  • 深入调研市场的实际需求，制定产品规划与Roadmap，负责机器人核心零部件（灵巧手、数据采集套件、关节电机等）的产品设计与管理。
  • 编写软硬件一体化PRD，明确定义机械结构、电子电路、嵌入式等技术指标。
  • 紧密协同结构、电子、嵌入式、软件、算法团队，在满足高性能（如自由度、高精度、高带宽）的前提下，平衡成本与量产可行性。
  • 全程跟进硬件开发、打样、EVT/DVT/PVT测试、供应链对接及量产出货，严控产品品质、物料成本（BOM）与项目节点。
  • 负责将前沿实验室技术（如新型传感器、仿生机构等）转化为可标准化量产、具备商业化竞争力的硬件产品。
  • 编写完整的产品技术文档、使用手册与SDK接入指南，并配合技术支持团队解决B端客户在集成应用中的高难度技术问题。

- 电子工程、自动化、微电子、精密仪器、机械设计等相关专业本科及以上学历。 - 3年以上智能硬件或核心机器人零部件产品经理经验。 - 具备扎实的硬件技术背景，精通电子电路设计（如PCB/元器件选型/通信协议）与机械结构设计（如传动机构/材料工艺）。 - 拥有完整的硬件产品化与量产经验，熟悉从需求定义、打样、测试到大批量生产的全流程流转与供应链管理。 - 具备优秀的技术沟通能力，能够无缝对接顶尖的结构、电子、算法专家，用严谨的工程语言推动项目攻关。 - 具备强烈的工程落地思维，能够敏锐平衡“前沿技术指标”与“工业化量产成本及良率”之间的矛盾。 加分项 - 具有灵巧手、机械臂、数据采集套件、关节电机等机器人前沿核心零部件的从0到1产品化经验。 - 在机器人硬件核心技术领域有深入的研究和独到的思考。
