1. 高精度多自由度运动控制算法开发 - 设计并实现机器人全身运动控制核心算法： - 力位混合控制（Hybrid Force/Motion Control） - 自适应阻抗/导纳控制（基于刚度在线辨识的动态柔顺控制） - 关节空间与任务空间轨迹优化（时间最优/能量最优轨迹生成） - 开发多自由度协同运动算法，解决精密双臂协同操作等场景下的高动态响应与毫米级运控精度需求 2. 系统建模与参数辨识 - 建立机器人全身高精度动力学模型（含摩擦/间隙/柔性关节补偿） - 开发在线系统辨识框架，实时估计负载惯量、关节摩擦系数等关键参数 3. 嵌入式实时控制实现 - 将算法部署至实时硬件平台，实现高频控制周期 - 构建分层安全保护机制（关节力矩饱和监测、碰撞检测、零力拖动） - 开发EtherCAT/CANopen通信协议栈，实现多轴伺服驱动器的同步控制

1. 控制理论深度 - 精通现代非线性控制方法：滑模变结构控制（SMC）、自适应鲁棒控制（ARC）等 - 掌握柔顺控制核心技术：阻抗控制架构设计、导纳控制器稳定性分析、力跟踪动态补偿 2. 机器人系统建模 - 熟练掌握刚体动力学建模（牛顿-欧拉法/拉格朗日法） - 具备柔性关节/柔性连杆建模经验（基于假设模态法或有限元降阶） - 熟悉动力学参数辨识实验设计（激励轨迹优化、数据滤波、最小二乘拟合） 3. 工程实现能力 - 精通C++实时控制编程 - 熟悉实时操作系统或实时中间件（ROS2 Control） 4. 加分项目： - 在机器人领域顶级会议/期刊（如SR/IJRR/RSS/T-RO/RA-L/JFR/ICRA/IROS等）发表过运动控制相关研究论文。 - 在权威机器人竞赛（如 RoboMaster, RoboCup等）中取得优异成绩
