The posting

1. 负责具身智能机器人底层嵌入式软件开发，包括驱动层、通信层、控制接口、中间件及系统调试。 2. 参与机器人关节模组、驱动器、末端执行器、灵巧手、移动底盘、传感器模块等嵌入式软件开发。 3. 负责MCU/SoC平台的软件架构设计、外设驱动开发、任务调度、通信协议栈及系统稳定性优化。 4. 负责电机驱动、编码器、IMU、力/力矩传感器、触觉传感器、电源管理等模块的软件驱动与数据采集。 5. 负责 CAN、EtherCAT、RS485、UART、SPI、I2C、以太网等通信接口开发与调试。 6. 配合完成机器人整机联调、控制链路打通和问题定位。 7. 负责嵌入式系统性能优化、实时性优化、异常保护、故障诊断、日志记录及远程升级等功能开发。 8. 参与研发、试产及量产阶段的软件问题分析、版本管理、测试验证和技术文档沉淀。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、计算机、通信、机器人、机电一体化等相关专业。 2. 3年以上嵌入式软件开发经验，有机器人、运动控制、电机驱动、工业控制或智能硬件经验优先。 3. 熟练掌握 C/C++，具备良好的代码规范、模块化设计和调试能力。 4. 熟悉 STM32、ESP32、ARM Cortex-M/A 等嵌入式平台。 5. 熟悉 RTOS 或嵌入式 Linux 开发，如 FreeRTOS、RT-Thread、Zephyr、Linux Driver 等。 6. 熟悉常见外设驱动开发，如 GPIO、ADC、PWM、Timer、DMA、UART、SPI、I2C、CAN、以太网等。 7. 熟悉常见通信协议，如 CAN、CANopen、EtherCAT、RS485、Modbus、UART、自定义协议等。 8. 具备较强的问题定位能力，能够分析通信异常、实时性问题、硬件接口问题、系统稳定性问题。 9. 具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能与周边团队高效配合。 加分项： 1. 有BLDC/PMSM电机控制、FOC、伺服驱动、关节模组控制或力控相关经验。 2. 熟悉EtherCAT、CANopen、CiA 402、ROS/ROS2硬件接口或机器人控制系统架构。 3. 熟悉bootloader、OTA升级、故障诊断、日志系统、参数管理、设备标定等工程化模块。 4. 有机器人整机联调、量产软件版本管理、自动化测试或可靠性优化经验。 5. 有人形机器人、四足机器人、移动机器人、协作机器人、灵巧手等项目经验。
