1. 基于C/C++语言在嵌入式MCU（如TI C2000、ST等）上进行电机控制代码编写、调试与测试，有过代码移植经验者优先； 2. 负责提升电机控制系统的动态响应、效率、稳定性及鲁棒性，解决电机运行中的振动、噪音与转矩脉动等问题；进行系统建模、分析和辨识，以优化系统性能和稳定性； 3. 与机械设计团队合作，确保控制系统与机械部件的兼容性和集成性； 4. 与具身智能算法团队合作，整合控制算法和人工智能技术，提升机器人的操作性能； 5. 与硬件工程师、测试工程师等紧密合作，共同解决产品开发过程中的技术难题，确保项目按时高质量交付； 6. 进行控制算法的仿真测试和实际机器人的调试工作； 7. 撰写详细的设计文档、测试报告、技术规范和用户手册，确保开发过程的可追溯性和知识的有效传承。

1. 计算机科学、自动化、电子信息工程、电气工程、控制工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先；具备良好的数学基础和底层数理逻辑； 2. 具有2年以上电机控制相关项目经验，具备机器人运动学、动力学、规划控制的知识结构，有成功的产品量产经验者优先； 3. 精通传统控制理论，包括PID控制、状态空间控制等；熟悉现代控制理论，如模糊逻辑、神经网络、预测控制者优先； 4. 熟悉控制系统的建模、仿真和辨识技术；具备扎实的C/C++编程能力，有嵌入式系统开发经验，能够使用MATLAB等工具进行控制系统的开发和仿真； 5. 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与不同背景的工程师有效协作，推动项目落地。
