The posting

一、岗位职责 1、产品规划与定义：负责具身智能/机器人场景下数据采集设备（头戴第一视角、动作捕捉、多视角阵列、遥操作终端等）的产品路线图与PRD输出，将算法团队的数据需求转化为硬件规格。 2、全生命周期管理：主导设备从立项、打样（EVT/DVT/PVT）到量产的全过程，协调硬件、结构、嵌入式、算法团队，把控里程碑与交付质量。 3、数据质量与迭代：跟踪现场使用反馈，针对数据断点、标定漂移、佩戴疲劳等痛点推动产品迭代，平衡成本、效率与精度。 4、供应链与成本：配合供应链完成BOM核算、物料选型与打样跟进，在满足性能前提下推动降本。 5、部署与支持：支持内部采集团队及外部客户的现场部署与联调，撰写产品手册与标定规范。

二、任职要求 1、本科及以上，机器人、自动化、电子信息、机械电子等相关专业。 2、3年以上硬件产品经理经验，有复杂智能硬件（机器人、无人机、相机、传感器等）从0到1或1到N的完整落地经验，熟悉硬件研发流程。 3、熟悉常见传感器（图像、深度相机、IMU、力/触觉）的基本原理与关键指标；了解多传感器时间同步与空间标定概念；熟悉USB、MIPI、GigE、CAN等接口。 4、能独立输出PRD与技术规格书，熟练使用Axure、Visio、XMind等工具。 5、强闭环、动手能力强，愿意深入现场排查问题；

三、加分项 1、有具身智能/人形机器人数据采集（遥操作、动捕、UMI夹爪等）项目经验者高优。 2、有SLAM、计算机视觉或自动驾驶领域硬件产品经验。 3、会Python/SQL做数据质量初筛。 4、有科研仪器或非标定制设备管理经验。
