岗位定位 负责机器人及嵌入式平台中间件开发，建设统一的通信、设备管理、数据管理和系统服务能力，降低上层业务与底层硬件耦合，提升系统可复用性、稳定性和开发效率。 职位描述 1. 负责机器人/嵌入式平台中间件架构设计与开发，包括通信框架、设备管理、服务管理、配置管理、日志、监控等基础能力。 2. 负责进程间/设备间通信机制开发，包括共享内存、消息队列、RPC、TCP/UDP、DDS、MQTT 等。 3. 负责设备能力抽象和统一接口设计，推动 Camera、Sensor、CAN、串口、网络等底层能力平台化。 4. 负责数据通路性能优化，包括时延、吞吐、CPU/内存占用、零拷贝及多线程并发优化。 5. 负责中间件稳定性建设，解决进程异常、通信阻塞、资源泄漏、并发竞态、数据丢失等问题。 6. 参与机器人多设备协同、数据采集、远程控制、OTA、诊断等平台能力建设。 7. 配合 BSP、算法、应用及测试团队完成接口定义、系统联调和版本交付。

职位要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息等相关专业。 2. 熟练掌握 C/C++，具备良好的数据结构、操作系统和网络基础。 3. 熟悉 Linux 多进程、多线程、IPC、Socket、共享内存及同步机制。 4. 熟悉至少一种中间件或通信框架，如 Apollo CyberRT、ROS/ROS2、DDS、gRPC、MQTT 等，熟悉 Apollo/CyberRT 者优先。 5. 具备良好的模块化、接口抽象和系统架构设计能力。 6. 具备较强的问题定位和性能分析能力，能够推动复杂问题闭环。 加分项 - 有 Apollo 自动驾驶平台或 CyberRT 实际开发经验。 - 有机器人、自动驾驶、嵌入式设备或分布式系统开发经验。 - 熟悉共享内存零拷贝、DDS/ROS2 通信机制。 - 熟悉设备管理、服务治理、配置中心、日志/诊断平台等基础设施。 - 有高并发、低时延、高吞吐数据通路优化经验。 - 熟悉 perf、ftrace、eBPF、gdb 等性能及调试工具。 - 有多 SoC、多设备协同、时间同步或实时系统开发经验。 - 了解 AI Agent/MCP，并有设备能力工具化、自动化运维或智能诊断经验。
