岗位定位 负责机器人及平台类产品的 Web 系统、管理后台、可视化平台和服务端能力开发，能够独立完成前后端功能闭环，并在前端或后端方向具备明显技术优势。 职位描述 1. 负责 Web 平台前后端功能设计、开发和维护，覆盖设备管理、数据展示、配置管理、日志诊断、任务调度等模块。 2. 负责前端页面、交互逻辑、数据可视化或后端接口、业务服务、数据库等模块开发。 3. 负责前后端接口设计、系统联调、问题定位及版本交付。 4. 参与系统架构设计、性能优化、稳定性建设和工程规范建设。 5. 配合嵌入式、算法、中间件及测试团队，完成设备数据接入和业务功能落地。 6. 推动功能从需求分析、方案设计、开发、自测到上线闭环。

职位要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业。 2. 具备全栈开发能力，前端或后端至少一个方向有较深积累和明显优势。 3. 熟悉 JavaScript/TypeScript、HTML、CSS，或熟悉 Java、Go、Python、C++ 等至少一种后端开发语言。 4. 熟悉 React、Vue 等前端框架，或熟悉 Spring Boot、Gin、FastAPI 等后端框架。 5. 熟悉 HTTP、WebSocket、RESTful API、数据库及常见 Linux 开发环境。 6. 具备良好的代码质量、模块设计、问题定位和独立交付能力。 加分项 - 有设备管理平台、机器人平台、运维平台或数据可视化平台开发经验。 - 熟悉 ECharts、Three.js、WebGL 等可视化技术。 - 熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL、Redis、消息队列等后端基础设施。 - 熟悉 Docker、CI/CD、微服务或云原生技术。 - 有高并发、实时数据展示、日志检索或监控系统开发经验。 - 熟悉 Apollo、ROS/ROS2、MQTT、DDS 等机器人或设备通信体系。 - 了解 AI Agent/MCP，并有 AI 能力接入 Web 平台的开发经验。
