岗位定位 你将作为一条产品线的硬件测试的负责人，主导从关节执行器到整机的测试体系建设，定义"测什么、怎么测"，并对测试交付结果的完整性与准确性负责。这不是一个执行岗——你要设计测试策略，搭建测试能力，而不只是跑测试。

核心职责 测试策略与体系（设计者） 基于产品工况，搭建 XX 产品线的测试矩阵与测试规范，覆盖运动件与整机两个层级 从 0 建立测试台架、数据采集与自动化能力，沉淀为可复用的测试平台 运动件测试（重心） 主导关节模组/执行器的性能与耐久测试：力矩、背隙、刚度、热、动态响应 设计加速寿命试验（ALT/HALT），给出寿命分布、加速因子与置信度结论 对电机、减速器、编码器、驱动器等关键运动部件的测试覆盖与数据质量负责 整机系统级测试（覆盖面） 统筹整机的环境（温湿度/振动/跌落）、EMC、电源完整性、热管理与集成测试 打通传感器、线束、电控与结构在整机层面的联调与测试验证 失效分析与测试闭环 主导测试阶段的失效分析（根因定位 / DOE），把"测出异常"翻译成"什么机理、什么分布、寿命多少" 输出测试结论与数据报告，驱动研发团队基于测试数据完成整改，负责复测验证与数据收敛 测试交付与量产支撑 定义 DVT/PVT 各阶段的测试交付物与测试通过标准，输出量化测试结论支撑量产决策 团队 组建并带领硬件测试团队，建立测试规范与人才梯队

任职要求（硬性） 本科及以上，机械 / 机电 / 车辆 / 自动化 / 材料 等相关专业 8年以上 硬件测试经验，其中 3年以上 团队管理 具备运动件/机电传动系统的测试深度：执行器、传动、电机驱动、疲劳寿命方向有实打实的项目经验 熟悉可靠性测试方法：ALT/HALT、加速模型、Weibull、样本量与置信度设计 掌握测试分析工具：DOE、根因分析、数据统计方法 有整机系统级测试经验：环境、EMC、热、跌落/振动等 经历过至少一个硬件产品从研发到量产的完整测试验证周期
