1、负责人形机器人/移动机器人整机及核心模块（如头部、手臂、关节、底盘、结构件等）的结构可靠性仿真分析，为产品拓扑优化、轻量化、刚度提升和疲劳寿命提升提供指导。 2、参与产品研发全流程，与结构、机构、电机、材料及测试团队紧密协作，输出仿真分析报告与设计优化建议，推动结构设计快速迭代。 3、熟悉静力学仿真、运动学仿真、接触分析、装配干涉分析，可执行复杂连杆及柔性机构的运动仿真（优先掌握Adams）。 4、能进行整机或关键部件的模态分析、谐响应分析、冲击/跌落仿真、瞬态动力学分析、振动疲劳评估。 5、熟悉常用材料（铝合金、钣金、塑胶、TPU软胶、PCB等）力学特性，能建立真实材料模型并考虑连接与制造工艺影响。 6、针对测试反馈问题（断裂、变形、松脱、共振等），能快速开展“仿真-测试对比分析”，推动仿测一致，提升机制件可靠性。 7、对结构动力学性能进行评估，辅助结构设计避开电机激振频率、共振模态等问题。

1、机械工程、力学、机电、材料或相关专业硕士及以上学历，在结构仿真/运动仿真/动力学建模方面有深入研究或项目成果优先； 2、三年以上中高负载结构系统仿真经验，有机器人、汽车、航空航天、精密运动机构产品经验优先； 3、熟练使用以下至少两款软件：ANSYS / Abaqus / Adams 等； 4、具备扎实的有限元建模基础与动力学分析能力，具备CAE+材料学+工程工艺综合判断能力； 5、学习能力强，具备良好的问题拆解能力和跨专业协作能力； 6、有汽车耐久仿真、人形机器人结构仿真、轻量化拓扑优化经验者优先； 7、有主导大型结构仿真项目落地经验者优先。
