岗位定位 负责公司具身机器人内生安全能力研究与落地，围绕机器人本体、感知系统、决策系统、运动控制、远程控制、云端协同、模型调用、数据闭环等核心链路，研究机器人在复杂环境、异常输入、恶意指令、接口攻击、模型误判等场景下的安全风险，并推动安全机制前置到产品架构和机器人运行系统中。

--- 工作职责 1. 负责具身机器人内生安全方向研究，围绕机器人感知、决策、控制、执行、云端协同等链路识别安全风险； 2. 研究恶意指令、越权控制、异常输入、模型幻觉、远程控制滥用、接口攻击、传感器欺骗等具身机器人安全问题； 3. 参与机器人产品架构和方案评审，推动身份认证、权限控制、指令校验、行为约束、异常检测、安全降级等安全机制内置到产品中； 4. 负责机器人指令安全、动作安全、远程控制安全、本体接口安全、通信安全、OTA/固件安全等关键场景的安全研究和方案设计； 5. 建设具身机器人安全评测体系，设计异常指令、恶意输入、越权控制、接口攻击、模型误判等测试场景； 6. 输出安全风险评估、测试报告、整改建议和产品安全准入结论，推动问题闭环； 7. 跟踪具身智能、AI Agent、机器人、IoT、车联网等方向安全研究进展，并结合公司产品形态转化为可落地的安全能力； 8. 与算法、控制、嵌入式、云端、App、测试、产品等团队协同，推动内生安全能力在产品中落地。

--- 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，信息安全、计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、通信、电子工程等相关专业优先； 2. 8 年以上机器人安全、IoT 安全、车联网安全、智能硬件安全、AI 安全、产品安全或嵌入式安全相关经验； 3. 理解机器人系统基本架构，熟悉感知、决策、控制、执行、云端协同、远程运维等至少一个关键链路； 4. 熟悉常见产品安全风险，包括身份认证、权限控制、通信加密、接口鉴权、密钥管理、固件安全、OTA 安全等； 5. 熟悉 Linux、Android、ROS、嵌入式系统、网络协议、API 安全中的一种或多种； 6. 具备安全研究和风险建模能力，能够针对机器人产品场景设计威胁模型、安全边界和测试方案； 7. 具备一定攻防测试能力，能够对设备接口、通信链路、App/API、固件、远程控制链路进行安全分析； 8. 理解 AI Agent、具身智能模型、Prompt Injection、模型幻觉、工具调用、越权指令等新型 AI 安全风险； 9. 具备良好的工程落地意识，能将安全研究成果转化为产品需求、安全策略、测试用例或平台能力； 10. 具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能与算法、控制、嵌入式、云端、测试、产品团队协同推进安全问题闭环。
