1. 深入研究C端用户在家庭、教育、娱乐、陪伴等场景下的真实需求，精准定义机器人的核心应用场景与产品功能，制定机器人产品规划与Roadmap，编写高质量PRD，定义软硬件协同的功能规范与人机交互逻辑。 2. 负责机器人配套App、小程序、OS系统的整体设计，确保软硬件一体化的流畅用户体验。 3. 协同硬件、结构、电子工程师，在成本、体积、功耗与用户体验之间寻找最佳平衡点。 4. 协同算法、软件工程师，打磨机器人行为动作与多模态交互。 5. 推进产品开发、测试、量产及上市全过程，把控项目进度与质量，确保产品顺利走向市场。 6. 建立数据指标体系，根据用户反馈与行为数据持续通过OTA迭代软硬件版本，提升用户活跃度。 7. 负责种子用户及科技同好社区的搭建与日常运营，通过高频互动收集核心反馈，将其转化为产品迭代的内生动力。

1. 计算机、机械电子、自动化、工业设计等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 3年以上产品经理经验，具备智能硬件、智能家居、无人机、无人驾驶、IoT设备等电子消费品行业背景。 3. 具备科技类社区（如发烧友论坛、科技社群、内测圈子等）的运营经验，擅长与极客或种子用户打交道。 4. 具备极强的用户同理心与C端视角，能够打破工程师思维，对人机交互、情感化设计有深刻理解。 5. 具备优秀的技术理解力，能听懂AI算法与软硬件工程语言，具备与顶尖研发团队深度对话的能力。 6. 具备极强的项目驱动力、跨部门沟通技巧和抗压能力，能有效应对软硬件耦合的复杂系统开发。 7. 具备敏锐的市场洞察力，能够配合市场与销售团队进行核心卖点提炼与商业化落地。
