岗位定位 负责 SenseHub 等数采设备的产测、老化测试、设备配置及可视化交互工具开发，提升研发调试、生产测试和现场交付效率。 职位描述 1. 负责 Windows/Linux 跨平台工具开发，包括产测、老化测试、设备配置、升级及日志分析工具。 2. 负责设备可视化交互工具开发，实现设备状态、Camera/Sensor 数据、网络、存储、温度等信息展示。 3. 对接 USB、串口、CAN、以太网、WiFi、ADB/SSH 等设备通信链路，实现自动发现、配置、控制及数据采集。 4. 建设自动化测试能力，支持批量设备测试、长稳老化、异常检测、结果判定及报告生成。 5. 深入研发、产线和客户现场，持续优化工具稳定性、易用性及问题定位效率。 6. 对负责工具具备 Owner 意识，推动需求、开发、测试、发布及现场使用完整闭环。

职位要求 1. 3年以上 C++/Python 工具或客户端开发经验，熟悉 Qt 等跨平台框架。 2. 熟悉 Windows/Linux，具备多线程、网络通信、文件处理及进程管理开发经验。 3. 熟悉串口、CAN、TCP/UDP、USB 等至少两类通信方式。 4. 具备良好的软件架构和工程能力，重视异常处理、日志、可维护性和用户体验。 5. 具备较强的问题定位和现场解决能力，能够独立推动问题闭环。 加分项 - 有嵌入式设备、机器人或数采设备工具开发经验。 - 有产测、老化测试、批量设备管理平台开发经验。 - 熟悉 Camera/Sensor、V4L2、ROS/ROS2。 - 有数据可视化、自动化测试、CI/CD 或软件打包发布经验。
