The posting

1、自动化测试框架与工具链建设：负责机器人整机及核心子系统（关节模组、灵巧手、感知系统等）的自动化测试框架搭建与工具链开发，从0到1构建软硬件结合的自动化测试能力，持续提升回归测试效率与覆盖率。 2、软硬一体系统级排障：对测试中发现的跨模块复杂问题进行精准定位，能阅读算法和嵌入式代码，编写测试脚本复现问题，隔离到硬件信号异常、通信协议错误或软件逻辑缺陷，并推动各模块负责人协同修复，跟进迭代，回归验证，形成问题闭环。 3、硬件在环与仿真测试：搭建硬件在环测试环境，结合仿真平台设计自动化测试方案，实现关键功能的自动化回归与性能基准测试。 4、测试工装与治具开发协同：与工装设计、机电工程师配合，参与机器人专用测试工装、标定治具的需求定义、方案评审与验证，确保测试环境的稳定性与一致性。 5、质量度量与持续改进：定义并跟踪机器人系统集成质量的关键度量指标，定期分析测试数据，识别质量薄弱环节，驱动产品持续改进。

任职要求： 1、专业背景：本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、电子电气、机械电子等相关专业。 2、编程能力：精通Python或C++，有扎实的软件工程基础，能独立开发自动化测试框架和测试工具。能阅读并调试算法及嵌入式代码。 3、软硬一体测试经验：3年以上测试开发或系统集成测试经验，有机器人、自动驾驶、汽车电子或工业设备等软硬一体行业背景。有灵巧手、协作臂、移动机器人或关节模组测试经验者优先。 4、系统级排障能力：具备软硬件全栈的问题定位思维，能从上层应用异常追踪到传感器信号、电机控制指令或通信协议，精准隔离问题边界。 5、自动化测试与持续集成：有搭建自动化测试框架和持续集成流水线的实际经验，熟悉硬件在环测试的基本概念与实施方法。 6、软性素质：逻辑清晰，自驱力强，对质量有极致追求，不轻易放过任何一个偶发性异常。具备优秀的跨团队沟通与推动能力。

加分项： 1、了解电机控制原理，有伺服驱动器或关节模组测试经验。 2、有触觉传感器或力传感器的测试与标定经验。 3、有仿真平台与硬件在环测试的联合搭建经验。
