职位详情 "我们正在招聘一名云平台基础设施方向的开发&运维人员，负责构建和长期演进云端基础设施平台，重点支撑云上服务&Agent 建设能力。 岗位职责： 1. 对公有云端资源管理运维支持和综合效率负责，保障云平台的稳定性、弹性扩缩容和可观测性 2. 实现机器人云端推理服务 以及基础后端服务设计开发以及稳定性维护 2. 基于 Kubernetes 构建和维护数据处理运行平台。使用 Terraform 管理云基础设施，实现标准化与自动化 3. 提供推理服务的自动化调度、执行与恢复机制，为推理算法任务提供任务编排和分布式计算运维支持 4. 提供云端推理任务管线的可观测、成本可解释能力，协助团队优化计算时效和成本 5. 在主流云平台上设计计算、存储、网络与权限架构 6. 推动平台稳定性、可观测性和工程规范建设，在平台与业务需求之间做技术取舍并推动落地

1. 2年及以上云平台后端基础设施相关开发运维经验 2. 扎实的 Linux、网络和分布式系统基础，有平台化、自动化系统建设经验 3. 熟悉 Kubernetes（生产级使用经验）， 4. 熟练使用&管理云基础设施，至少有阿里云/GCP/AWS/Azure 一个平台的实战经验 5. 有高度自主性（high agency），能主动发现并尝试解决问题

加分项： 1. 熟悉Kubernetes工作原理，熟悉调度器、资源扩展机制、容器运行时、容器网络等技术 2. 有 Agent 工程化落地经验 3. 有自动化运维项目经验
