1、可靠性设计与分析：负责机器人整机及核心模块（关节模组、灵巧手、传感器等）的可靠性需求分析，制定可靠性设计准则，主导FMEA（失效模式与影响分析）、FTA（故障树分析）等可靠性分析工作。 2、可靠性验证与试验：设计并执行可靠性试验方案，包括加速寿命试验、环境应力筛选、温湿度/振动/冲击等环境试验，验证产品在极端条件下的可靠性水平。 3、失效分析与改进：对试验中或客户现场发生的失效进行根因分析，推动设计、工艺或供应链的改进措施落地，形成可靠性增长闭环。 4、可靠性建模与预测：建立产品可靠性模型，计算MTBF/MTTF等关键指标，预测产品全生命周期的可靠性表现，为保修策略和备件计划提供数据支撑。 5、标准与体系建设：参与制定公司可靠性设计规范和试验标准，推动可靠性工程体系从0到1的搭建与完善。

1、专业背景：本科及以上学历，可靠性工程、机械电子、自动化、材料科学等相关专业。 2、方法论扎实：熟练掌握FMEA、FTA、加速寿命试验等可靠性分析工具，有实际主导产品全生命周期可靠性设计的经验。 3、试验动手能力：熟悉温湿度、振动、冲击、盐雾等环境试验标准，能独立设计试验方案并操作相关设备。 4、失效分析经验：具备金属材料、电子元器件或机电系统的失效分析能力，熟练使用金相分析、扫描电镜等工具者优先。 5、数据建模能力：能用统计分析工具对可靠性数据进行建模与寿命预测，具备MTBF/Weibull分析等实际应用经验。 6、行业经验：3年以上机器人、汽车电子、航空航天、医疗器械或消费电子行业的可靠性工程经验，有从0到1搭建可靠性体系经历者优先。

加分项 1、了解功能安全标准（ISO 13849、IEC 61508）并有实际应用经验。 2、有机器人关节模组或精密传动机构的可靠性测试经验。 3、有可靠性增长试验设计与数据分析经验。
