1、测试策略与体系搭建：负责机器人整机及核心子系统（关节模组、灵巧手、感知系统等）的系统集成测试策略制定，从0到1搭建集成测试体系、流程与标准，定义各阶段的测试准入与准出准则。 2、测试方案设计与评审：主导整机级集成测试方案的设计与评审，涵盖功能集成、性能集成、接口兼容性、系统稳定性及异常恢复等维度，确保测试覆盖跨模块交互的全部关键路径。 3、测试执行与问题驱动：组织并带领测试团队执行集成测试，对测试中发现的跨模块问题进行精准定位与根因分析。能直接阅读算法代码和嵌入式软件代码，必要时编写测试脚本复现问题，驱动算法、软件、硬件、嵌入式等多团队高效协同排障，直至问题闭环。 4、自动化测试平台规划：规划并推动集成测试自动化平台与工具链的建设，包括自动化测试用例管理、硬件在环测试框架搭建、CI/CD流水线中测试门禁的集成，持续提升回归测试效率。能带领团队开发自动化测试脚本和测试工具。 5、团队建设与管理：负责集成测试团队的组建、培养与梯队搭建。制定团队目标与考核标准，营造严谨、高效、协作的团队文化。与产品、研发、制造等团队紧密协同，确保测试进度与产品发布计划对齐。 6、质量标准与度量：定义并跟踪系统集成质量的关键度量指标（如缺陷密度、回归通过率、跨模块缺陷修复周期等），定期发布质量报告，为产品发布决策提供数据支撑。

1、专业背景：本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、电子电气、机械电子等相关专业。 2、编程能力：熟练掌握Python或C++，能独立编写测试脚本、开发自动化测试工具，能直接阅读和调试算法及嵌入式代码，快速定位问题根因。 3、测试管理经验：5年以上系统集成测试经验，其中至少2年测试团队管理经验。有机器人、自动驾驶、汽车电子或航空航天等复杂机电系统行业背景。 4、系统级思维：具备软硬件全栈的系统级排障能力，能从上层应用异常追踪到底层传感器信号或电机控制指令，精准定位问题边界。 5、自动化测试能力：有搭建自动化集成测试平台的实际经验，熟悉CI/CD体系，了解硬件在环测试框架设计。 6、软性素质：逻辑清晰，沟通推动力强。能快速组织跨算法、软件、硬件的联合排查会议，并推动问题高效解决。对质量有极致追求，不轻易放过任何一个偶发性异常。

加分项 1、有灵巧手、协作臂或移动操作机器人等复杂机器人产品的系统集成测试经验。 2、有功能安全测试经验，熟悉ISO 13849、IEC 61508等相关标准。 3、有从0到1搭建测试团队和测试体系的成功经历。
