1. 研发阶段采购介入与可采购性管理 •参与早期设计评审（DFM/DFA），从采购角度提供可采购性建议，识别物料选型风险、供应瓶颈及成本优化空间； •敦促需求方（研发/项目）按时提供完整、详细的技术规格书及SOR，确保采购需求定义清晰、可执行； •针对项目专用零件或定制物料，提前启动供应商寻源与可行性评估，避免后期被动救火。 2. 项目进度跟踪与采购协同 •参与项目定期例会，跟踪采购项目的整体进展，及时带回例会中需要采购部完成的工作任务； •输出采购项目进度计划，定期向项目组及供应链负责人同步：寻源状态、定点进度、合同签署状态、交付排程等关键节点； •针对项目变更（设计变更、交付周期调整、数量波动等），快速响应并协调采购资源重新排配。 3. 独立寻源与定点执行 •针对部分项目中专用零件或特定采购需求，独立完成从采购寻源、价格谈判到合同签署及零件交付的全流程跟踪； •负责供应商资质审核、样品验证、小批量试产跟线及量产导入的采购侧支持； •输出寻源报告、比价分析、定点建议书，完成内部审批流程。 4. 供应商交付管理与齐套保障 •协助需求部门跟踪供应商的交付进度，敦促供应商按时完成交付，确保项目物料齐套率达标； •识别交付风险（产能瓶颈、质量异常、物流延迟等），提前预警并推动解决方案； •处理交付异常：供应商延期、质量问题、数量短缺等，协调供应商、质量、物流等资源快速闭环。 5. BOM成本管理与降本支持 •参与项目BOM成本的初步核算与优化，识别高成本物料并推动替代方案或二供导入； •跟踪项目各阶段的采购成本变化，输出成本分析报告，支撑项目成本目标达成； •配合品类采购推进框架协议、年度降价、VAVE等降本举措在项目端的落地执行。 6. 跨部门协同与流程优化 •作为采购窗口与研发、项目、质量、生产等部门建立高效协作机制，确保信息同步与需求对齐； •推动项目采购流程的标准化与数字化，配合SRM/ERP系统上线，实现需求提交、进度跟踪、验收对账的线上化； •沉淀项目采购经验，输出标准模板（如SOR模板、寻源检查清单、交付跟踪表等），提升团队整体效率。

1. 教育背景与经验 •本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、材料、电子、供应链管理或相关专业优先； •5年以上高科技制造业采购经验，其中至少2年在机器人、汽车、高端装备、智能硬件等领域； •有从研发验证到量产爬坡全周期采购管理经验者优先；有具身机器人、自动驾驶、智能座舱项目经验者优先。 2. 专业能力 •精通采购全流程（RFQ、比价、定点、PO下达、GR/IR、对账付款），熟悉采购合规与内控要求； •熟悉机械加工、电子元器件、传感器、结构件等至少1-2个品类的基础技术规格与供应市场； •具备基础的成本分析能力（材料成本、加工成本、模具分摊等），能独立完成比价与成本核算； •熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel数据透视、PPT汇报）及ERP/SRM/OA等采购管理工具。 3. 素质要求 •结果导向：以交付齐套率、成本达标、项目节点为硬指标，能扛目标、能交结果； •抗压能力：适应创业公司节奏，能同时跟进多项目、多品类的采购任务，在有限资源下快速闭环； •主动性与推动力：不等需求上门，主动介入项目早期阶段，前置识别风险并推动解决； •跨部门协同：善于与研发、项目、质量等部门沟通，能平衡业务需求与采购管控要求，建立信任； •问题解决能力：面对供应商延期、质量问题等突发状况，能快速调动资源、制定对策并落地执行。
