岗位定位 产研流程体系Owner，负责智能硬件/机器人产品端到端流程架构规划、体系建设、流程变革、效能治理。不做基层执行，主打体系搭建、流程诊断、机制重构、跨部门治理、效率质量双提升，驱动公司研发与交付体系从“经验化”向“标准化、体系化、数字化”升级。

岗位职责 1、流程架构顶层规划与体系建设（架构能力） 负责公司产品全生命周期流程架构顶层设计，统筹产品-研发-验证-采购-制造-品质-变更端到端流程体系规划与迭代。 结合公司业务模式，定制落地适配版IPD流程体系，定义流程层级、业务场景、流程接口、权责矩阵、阶段门禁、核心交付物标准，搭建可支撑多产品线、快速迭代、高质量交付的流程底座。 2、流程变革、痛点治理与效能提升（变革能力） 主导产研流程变革专项，深度诊断研发效率低、返工多、验证漏项、跨部门扯皮、试产问题反复、变更失控等业务顽疾； 输出顶层优化方案、流程再造方案、专项治理方案，推动流程闭环落地，流程AI优化，持续缩短研发周期、降低批量缺陷率、提升项目交付成功率。 3、流程机制、制度规范、标准库沉淀（标准化能力） 牵头建设公司级流程制度体系、管控规范、评审机制、准入准出标准、风险管控机制、问题闭环机制； 统一全公司交付物模板、Checklist、经验库、案例库，建立流程标准、质量标准、交付标准三位一体的企业标准体系。 4、流程落地稽核、过程治理与文化落地（管控能力） 建立常态化流程稽核、流程健康度评测、流程合规红线机制以及必要的过程KPI和监控看板； 对流程执行偏差、跳流程、漏流程、违规作业进行专项治理，推动流程从“制度上墙”变为“业务落地”； 定期输出流程健康度报告、体系运行报告、优化迭代报告。 5、跨部门权责梳理与协同机制优化（统筹能力） 梳理各中心/部门流程边界、岗位职责、接口关系，解决流程断点、职责重叠、责任真空； 建立跨部门协同、快速决策、问题快速闭环机制，提升组织协作效率。 6、质量体系运维与高阶审核对接（合规能力） 负责ISO9001等体系运维评审、年度内审策划、外审统筹、客户高阶审厂对接； 主导体系不符合项根源整改、机制补强，保障公司体系合规、可审计、可量产、可规模化发展。

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上，15年以上智能硬件/机器人/消费电子行业流程体系、IPD流程变革、体系管理经验，10年以上团队/专项负责经验。 2. 精通IPD全流程架构，具备从0到1搭建研发交付流程体系、流程变革专项落地的成功经验。 3. 具备顶层架构思维，能够穿透业务痛点，从流程、机制、权责、标准维度系统性解决问题，不局限于单点整改。 4. 熟悉产品全生命周期管理，精通EVT/DVT/PVT/MP各阶段管控逻辑、门禁机制、变更治理、风险管控。 5. 极强的跨部门博弈、推动、统筹能力，能够驱动研发、产品、供应链、生产、品质落地流程变革。 6. 熟练掌握体系内审、流程稽核、流程度量、效能分析方法，具备体系化治理能力。

加分硬核条件 1. 有机器人、移动终端、智能硬件完整体系搭建与流程变革经验。 2. 具有设备、3C、智能产品大厂IPD流程落地、流程数字化、流程治理经验优先；具有AI流程优化能力优先。 3. 具备质量体系、研发体系、流程体系三合一搭建经验。 4. 持有ISO体系内审员、六西格玛、流程优化相关证书优先。
