1. 安规前置设计与评审 负责工业机器人、协作机器人、移动服务机器人整机电气安规、机械安全、功能安全正向设计管控；参与产品EVT/DVT/PVT全阶段评审，对原理图、BOM、结构、安全回路、急停系统、软件策略做合规前置审核，输出安规设计规范与整改要求。 2. 整机风险评估与安全论证 依据 ISO12100、ISO13849、ISO10218、ISO13482、GB/T38244 开展整机危害分析、风险评估、安全等级判定；独立完成PL/SR等级评估、安全回路冗余设计核查，输出完整安全评估报告与风险降低方案。 3. 安规测试验证与问题整改 负责整机电气安全、机械防护、电池安全、温升、耐压、绝缘、接地、过载保护、急停失效保护等安规摸底测试；定位设计缺陷，推动硬件、结构、软件安全逻辑闭环整改，保障产品满足国内外安规标准。 4. 认证项目统筹落地 统筹国内CCC、CQC及海外CE-LVD/MD、UL、UKCA、KC等安规认证项目；对接TUV、SGS、CQC等权威机构，负责资料编制、送样、测试跟进、不符合项整改、取证及证书台账维护。 5. 合规体系与标准化建设 搭建机器人产品安规Checklist、设计规范、合规档案库；同步跟踪国标、国际标准更新，完成标准对标转化；支撑量产一致性管控、客户审厂、政府抽检、投标合规资料输出。

1. 本科及以上，电气、自动化、机电、安全工程等理工科专业，10-15年及以上机器人/工控设备安规设计评估经验。 2. 精通机器人安全标准：ISO10218、ISO13482、GB/T38244、ISO12100、ISO13849，熟练使用SISTEMA工具完成PL等级计算。 3. 精通电气安规LVD、IEC62368-1、机械安全防护、功能安全回路设计，具备独立风险评估、安规整改、技术文档编写能力。 4. 熟悉机器人整机安规认证流程，可独立对接第三方机构完成全流程取证。 5. 具备极强的跨部门推动能力，可将标准要求落地为研发可执行的设计规范。

优先条件 1. 有移动机器人、协作机器人整机量产安规经验优先。 2. 参与过行业标准/团标编制、具备功能安全专项证书优先；有国内外信息安全认证资格和经验优先。
