1. 负责设计、开发自动化测试平台与自动化用例，搭建持续集成及模型自动化评测流水线，支撑核心算法模块的高频迭代回归。 2. 根据产品需求设计测试方案（如移动、抓取、识别），构建贴近真实场景和长尾/边界场景的用户场景，编写并执行测试用例，产出测试报告。 3. 深入参与需求分析，理解产品设计原理与算法逻辑；主动识别功能、性能及模型泛化等维度的质量风险，并推动解决方案落地。 4. 组织执行常规及长线任务测试，系统整理并分析结果，精准跟踪定位缺陷问题，推动研发闭环解决，并定期复盘以保障交付质量。 5. 与研发团队紧密协作，从用户体验视角提出算法能力优化建议（如抖动、轨迹精度、延迟、效率等），驱动产品体验提升。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，3年以上测试开发经验。 2. 精通Python与Pytest等主流自动化测试框架，具备扎实的工具开发与持续集成落地能力。 3. 熟悉Linux，有智能硬件或机器人产品测试经验，了解导航、运控等子系统基本原理。 4. 熟悉软件开发与算法迭代流程，对数据驱动测试有深刻理解，具备出色的业务逻辑分析能力。 5. 理解模型评估指标及数据驱动测试方法，有利用AI工具辅助测试的经验/能力优先。 6. 逻辑清晰，责任心强，具备优秀的跨团队沟通与技术推动能力。
