面向多机型具身机器人，建设统一的多模态交互平台，打通语音、视觉、对话、动作、表情与机器人技能，探索下一代端到端交互范式，打造更自然、更智能、更具情感的人机交互体验。

职位职责： １. 负责机器人云端及端侧交互系统的算法研发与工程开发，完成大模型、语音及多模态算法的接入、评测和优化； ２. 推动多模态交互平台建设，实现对话、TTS 播报、动作、表情及技能的统一编排与执行； ３. 参与语音唤醒、ASR、TTS、声纹、NLU、DM、NLG及多模态理解等算法的研发和产品化落地； ４. 探索端到端交互、多模态感知、上下文理解、实时打断、情绪表达及行为生成等下一代交互技术； ５. 负责多硬件平台的适配、迁移和算法部署，优化 CPU、GPU/NPU、内存、模型推理及端到端时延； ６. 负责交互链路的调试、测试、问题定位和稳定性优化；编写技术文档，并与产品、算法、开发及测试团队协同推进项目交付。

１. 计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备 3–5 年或以上智能语音、自然语言处理或多模态交互研发经验，有相关产品设计、开发及落地经验； ２. 熟悉语音唤醒、ASR、TTS、声纹，以及 NLU、DM、NLG 等技术的基本原理、关键指标和优化方法； ３. 具备算法选型、实验评测和问题分析能力，能够独立定位从音频输入、算法推理、对话处理到机器人执行的端到端问题； ４. 熟练掌握 C++，具备扎实的面向对象设计能力，熟悉常见设计模式、多线程、网络通信及异步编程； ５. 熟悉 Linux 开发环境及常用性能分析、内存检测、日志诊断、自动化测试和代码质量保障工具； ６. 具备较强的 Ownership、沟通协作及项目推动能力，能够端到端负责业务或算法模块。

加分项： １. 具有语音或多模态算法的训练、微调、评测、部署及性能调优经验； ２. 熟悉 PyTorch、ONNX、TensorRT、CUDA 等框架，具备模型量化、剪枝、蒸馏或推理加速经验； ３. 具有多硬件平台的算法部署及跨架构迁移经验； ４. 具有机器人、智能座舱、数字人等实时交互产品经验，或熟悉大语言模型、多模态大模型、Agent 等技术。
