The posting

1. 负责机器人感知算法开发工作，例如实现3D目标检测与跟踪、Occupancy栅格构建等核心算法的高效落地； 2. 负责机器人场景理解算法的工程实现，包括基于多目RGBD相机和V-SLAM的目标检测、语义分割、多模态感知融合等模块的开发与优化； 3. 参与搭建感知数据闭环工程体系，推进自动化数据标注、感知量化评测、感知节点看护、复杂场景数据挖掘等流程的落地与迭代； 4. 负责双目、环视、深度相机等多类型传感器的接入与工程化适配，完成传感器内外参标定、数据预处理滤波、运动畸变补、等底层开发工作。

1. 学历与经验：自动化、电子工程、计算机科学或相关专业硕士及以上学历，3年以上智能驾驶/机器人感知算法实战落地经验； 2. 核心开发能力：精通Linux系统开发环境，具备扎实的C/C++工程开发能力，能够独立完成算法模块的高效编码、性能优化与工程化封装； 3. 专业领域经验：在传感器融合、3D感知、目标跟踪预测、机器人视觉伺服等方向，至少有一个方向的工程实践经验，能够将算法方案转化为可部署的工程代码； 4. AI算法基础：熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等主流深度学习框架，搭建过基于CNN/Transformer的感知检测分割模型或VLM模型，具备算法选型与落地优化能力者优先； 5. 技术栈要求：熟练掌握以下至少一项工程化技术：激光雷达信号处理、视觉图像处理、传感器信息融合算法、SLAM算法、导航融合、传感器标定与校准、模型量化与小型化等； 6. 软素质要求：具备较强的问题分析与调试能力，良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能够高效推进算法落地与工程迭代。
