1. 电子、电气、自动化相关专业，5年及以上相关经验或同等工程交付经历； 2. 独立承担过机器人、AGV/AMR、伺服装备或复杂机电产品的硬件工作，有样机到小批或量产经历； 3. 熟悉直流供电、DC/DC、配电保护、电机驱动，以及运动线束和连接器工程； 4. 能使用原理图/PCB工具、示波器、电流测量和通信分析工具开展设计及定位； 5. 有真实现场失效闭环经验，能说明测量、对照、根因、整改和回归依据。
