1. 主导构建并持续迭代全链路数据标注标准体系，牵头与算法、产品、工程团队深度对齐模型训练需求与业务目标，统筹多家外部标注供应商管理，制定标准化交付流程、质量管控体系及平台运营规则，确保全流程高效合规、需求精准落地。 2. 负责搭建标注团队及供应商的标准化培训与考核体系，设计分级培训课程与能力认证机制，统筹团队赋能与质量稽核工作，系统性沉淀行业标杆级流程规范、操作手册及知识库资产。 3. 深度参与数据标注平台与工具链的规划、迭代与优化，推动自动预标注、智能辅助标注、人机协同标注等能力落地与规模化应用，持续提升标注产能与数据精度，实现项目成本与周期的精细化管控与持续优化。 4. 主导设计并落地全流程自动化质检方案与智能质检引擎，构建多维度质检指标体系，通过数据分析持续迭代质检规则与模型策略，不断提升质检准确率、召回率与全流程自动化率。 5. 统筹业务需求方、算法团队及终端用户反馈，建立数据质量闭环反馈机制，基于业务痛点与模型效果持续推动标注工艺升级、平台能力迭代及数据生产链路优化，支撑高规格模型训练数据供给。 6. 负责大型复杂数据标注项目的全生命周期管理，制定项目计划、风险预案与交付里程碑，统筹跨团队资源协调与进度管控，保障大规模、多类型数据集高质量按期交付。

1. 5年及以上数据标注/数据服务行业项目管理经验，具备亿级以上数据集规模化项目交付与供应商统筹管理经验，有AI大模型、计算机视觉、NLP等领域数据标注项目主导经验者优先。 2. 精通数据标注全流程体系，具备数据标注平台、智能标注工具链、数据闭环体系搭建或深度运营经验，熟悉自动化标注、模型预标注、弱监督标注、小样本标注等前沿技术与落地路径。 3. 具备成熟的数据质量管控体系搭建经验，熟悉ISO相关质量标准或行业质量管控方法论，能够独立设计智能质检规则、自动化质检流程与量化评估体系。 4. 具备优秀的跨团队协同与项目统筹能力，逻辑思维严谨，文字功底扎实，能够独立输出高标准规范文档与项目复盘报告；抗压能力强，具备极强的目标感、自驱力与复杂问题解决能力。 5. 有数据标注团队管理、供应商管理体系搭建经验，或参与过头部AI企业数据平台建设、标注效能提升专项项目者优先。
