岗位职责 负责 Linux 内核、BSP 及底层驱动的开发、适配和维护。 负责系统性能、实时性和稳定性优化，包括调度延迟、中断延迟、CPU、内存及 I/O 等问题。 定位并解决系统卡死、异常重启、内存泄漏、死锁、丢包等疑难问题。 使用 perf、ftrace、eBPF、crash 等工具进行内核问题分析和性能调优。 参与技术方案评审和代码 Review，指导团队成员完成相关开发工作。

任职要求 本科及以上学历，5 年以上 Linux 内核驱动开发经验。 熟练掌握 C 语言，具备良好的操作系统和计算机体系结构基础。 熟悉 Linux 内核机制，深入掌握调度、内存、中断、网络、文件系统等至少一个方向。 熟悉设备树、DMA、中断、锁、工作队列、内核线程等驱动开发机制。 熟练使用 perf、ftrace、trace-cmd、eBPF、crash、gdb 等调试工具。 有 ARM64、NVIDIA、Rockchip、地平线等平台开发经验。 具备较强的问题定位和独立解决能力，能够推动问题从分析到修复闭环。 有嵌入式产品量产经验，能够处理试产、量产及现场交付过程中出现的系统和底层问题。 加分项 有内核社区贡献、eBPF 工具开发或复杂性能优化经验。 有内核安全、Secure Boot、TEE、SELinux、内核加固或功能安全认证经验。
