岗位定位 负责嵌入式 Linux 平台核心模块 Bring-up、内核问题攻关和 BSP 稳定性建设，对模块从点亮到量产交付负责。 职位描述 1. 负责 Linux BSP/Driver 模块 Bring-up，包括设备树、时钟、电源、中断、DMA、总线及驱动适配。 2. 负责 I2C、SPI、UART、USB、CAN、Sensor、存储、网络等驱动或内核子系统开发维护。 3. 负责 Kernel Panic、Oops、死锁、竞态、内存泄漏、设备异常、性能抖动等复杂问题定位与解决。 4. 负责关键驱动代码 Review、质量把控及稳定性优化。 5. 推动问题从复现、定位、修复、验证到量产闭环，对结果负责。

职位要求 1. 5年以上 Linux 内核/BSP/驱动开发经验，有完整模块 Bring-up 和量产经验。 2. 熟悉 Device Tree、platform driver、中断、DMA、pinctrl、clock、regulator、锁等机制。 3. 至少深入掌握 1~2 个 Linux 内核子系统，具备阅读和修改内核源码解决问题的能力。 4. 熟悉 perf、ftrace、gdb、crash、KASAN、kmemleak、lockdep 等调试工具。 5. 具备较强的问题定位、代码 Review 和软硬件联合调试能力。 6. Owner 意识强，能够主动推动跨团队问题闭环，而非只完成代码任务。 加分项 - 有 SoC/新板卡 Bring-up 或芯片回片经验。 - 熟悉 Rockchip、NVIDIA、地平线等平台。 - 有 Camera、存储、网络、USB、PCIe 等复杂子系统经验。 - 有量产稳定性、PREEMPT_RT、启动/性能/功耗优化经验。
