岗位定位 负责嵌入式 Linux 平台性能分析、eBPF 可观测性工具建设及复杂性能问题攻关，能够从业务异常现象下钻到内核根因，并推动优化方案落地。 职位描述 1. 基于 eBPF/libbpf/BCC 建设低开销性能诊断工具，覆盖调度、中断、内存、网络、文件系统等关键路径。 2. 负责复杂性能问题定位与优化，包括调度延迟、中断毛刺、锁竞争、RCU Stall、内存回收抖动、Softirq 拥塞、吞吐下降等。 3. 能够从 CPU 占用、延迟抖动、丢帧、吞吐下降等业务现象出发，设计探针、采集 Trace/调用栈并定位内核根因。 4. 输出并推动内核 Patch、驱动优化、参数调优或业务架构优化方案落地，并对最终性能指标负责。 5. 建立性能基线、压测、回归及问题复盘机制，沉淀性能诊断工具和问题经验库。

职位要求 1. 5年以上 Linux 内核、系统性能优化或 eBPF 相关经验。 2. 有实际 eBPF 性能诊断项目经验，能够独立完成“问题现象 → 探针设计 → 数据分析 → 根因定位 → 优化验证”的完整闭环。 3. 熟悉 libbpf/BCC、tracepoint、kprobe、uprobes、BPF map、CO-RE 等机制，了解 verifier、JIT 等原理。 4. 至少深入掌握 Linux 调度、内存、网络、IO/文件系统、中断中的 2 个子系统。 5. 熟悉 perf、ftrace、trace-cmd、bpftrace、FlameGraph 等性能分析工具。 6. 具备较强的内核源码分析和问题定位能力，能够结合业务负载分析 CPU、Cache、锁、调度及 IO 等性能瓶颈。 7. Owner 意识强，能够独立推进复杂性能问题直至指标验证和最终闭环。 加分项 - 深度参与过 SysAK、BCC、DeepFlow、HUATUO 或类似 eBPF/性能诊断平台。 - 熟悉 PREEMPT_RT、CPU 隔离、绑核、IRQ 调优等实时性能优化。 - 熟悉 ARM64 平台及 PMU/Cache/微架构性能分析。 - 有 Linux/eBPF 社区 Patch 或大型量产系统性能优化经验。
