1. 负责上位机测试工具的设计与开发（基于 Python/C++，自研或基于 ThorQC 等开源框架） 2. 进行自动化测试框架建设，包括扫码匹配、插件化测试项接入、MES对接、数据采集与判定、报告生成等功能集成； 3. 测试数据管理，包括数据采集、存储、追溯、可视化等全部流程； 4. 跨团队协作：与研发、算法、产线团队紧密配合，推动测试工具链建设； 5. 测试标准化工作，测试工具操作说明书/SOP编写、产线测试动作分解及归一化等； 6. 进行失效分析，判断问题来源，定位根因（来料问题、设计问题、工艺问题）； 7. 改善产品一致性问题，设计可靠性测试方案

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机/自动化/电子/机械等相关专业； 2. 3-5+年生产测试或测试开发经验，有完整产测平台从0到1经验优先； 3. 精通Python或其他编程语言，熟悉自动化测试框架（pytest/robot framework/TestLab等）； 4. 熟悉可靠性测试方法体系，了解相关行业标准； 5. 熟悉工业自动化协议（Modbus/TCP/CAN/EtherCAT），有机器人或运动控制产品测试经验优先； 6. 良好的架构设计能力、文档能力、跨团队协作能力； 7. 良好的问题排查定位解决能力
