岗位定位 负责新产品导入阶段的测试方案设计、验证与自动化建设，对测试覆盖度、测试效率和测试质量向制造代表负责。

岗位职责 1. 负责制定制造过程测试方案、测试流程、测试标准及判定规则，保障试制和试产阶段测试可执行、可追溯； 2. 参与DFT评审，从制造测试角度推动研发优化产品设计、测试接口、测试点位和诊断能力； 3. 开发并导入自动化测试工装、测试脚本和测试工具，提升测试稳定性和效率； 4. 跟踪试产阶段测试通过率、测试节拍、误判率和关键异常，推动测试瓶颈改善； 5. 分析测试异常问题，如标定失败、通信异常、功能异常、测试不稳定等，拉通研发、工艺、质量团队完成闭环； 6. 定期向制造代表汇报测试准备度、测试通过率、测试瓶颈及风险问题。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，电子、电气、自动化、计算机、测控、通信等相关专业优先； 2. 3年以上测试工程、NPI测试、制造测试、自动化测试或硬件测试相关经验； 3. 熟悉制造过程测试方案设计、测试标准制定、测试工装导入和测试异常分析； 4. 具备一定脚本开发或自动化测试能力，熟悉Python、LabVIEW、C/C++等任一工具或语言优先； 5. 有机器人、智能硬件、汽车电子、消费电子、工业自动化设备等复杂硬件产品测试经验优先； 6. 具备较强的问题分析、跨部门协同和现场推动能力，能适应试制、试产阶段快节奏工作环境。
