一、岗位定位 - 负责公司从需求到交付的全链路计划统筹，覆盖 生产计划（MPS）、物料需求计划（MRP）、生产排程、库存控制、交付保障 五大核心模块。 二、核心职责 1. 生产计划管理（MPS） - 需求承接： 对接销售/项目侧交付需求，拆解为可执行的生产计划，明确机型、数量、时间节点，拒绝”尽快”这种模糊排期。 - 主计划制定： 基于销售预测、订单 backlog、库存水位、产能约束，制定周/月度主生产计划，并动态滚动调整。 - 计划对齐： 定期组织产销协同会议（S&OP），拉通销售、生产、采购、研发各方，确保计划一致、资源匹配。 2. 物料需求计划（MRP） - 物料运算： 基于BOM、生产计划、库存数据，跑通MRP，输出物料需求计划（PR），明确到料时间、数量、供应商。 - 欠料跟催： 识别长交期、关键物料风险，提前预警并推动采购跟催；对瓶颈物料建立安全库存策略，不让缺料停线。 - BOM维护： 协同研发、采购维护BOM准确性，管理ECN变更，确保计划运算基于最新物料清单。 3. 生产排程与执行跟踪 - 排程落地： 结合产能、人力、设备、物料齐套情况，制定日/周生产排程，下发到自有产线或代工厂。 - 进度监控： 跟踪生产执行情况，识别偏差（计划 vs 实际），及时纠偏——延期的要敢报，有问题的要快推。 - 异常处理： 应对突发插单、设备故障、物料异常、品质停线等情况，快速调整计划并同步各方，最小化交付影响。 4. 库存控制 - 库存健康度管理： 监控原材料、在制品、成品库存水位，设定并优化安全库存、再订货点，防止缺料同时压降呆滞。 - 呆滞预警与清理： 定期分析呆滞风险物料（EOL、设计变更、预测偏差），推动研发消耗、采购退换或报废处理。 - 库存周转： 以库存周转率为核心指标，持续优化库存结构，减少资金占用。 5. 交付保障 - OTD负责： 对订单准时交付率（OTD）直接负责，从计划到发货全链路跟踪，确保交付承诺兑现。 - 发货协同： 对接物流/仓储，确认成品入库、拣配、发货节奏，处理交付异常和客户紧急需求。 - 数据复盘： 按周/月输出计划达成率、OTD、缺料次数、库存周转等核心指标，用数据复盘问题、推动改进。 6. 流程与系统建设 - 推动计划管理流程标准化：需求接收→计划编制→物料运算→排程执行→交付跟踪→数据复盘，每个节点有记录、有责任人。 - 参与ERP/MES/SRM系统建设与优化，推动计划模块线上化、数据自动化、异常可视化。

1. 硬门槛 - 2年以上 PMC相关工作经验； - 具身机器人/智能硬件/汽车电子/消费电子/自动化设备 等行业背景优先，熟悉多SKU、小批量、快速迭代产品的计划特点。单个产品物料种类达100种； - 熟练运用 ERP系统（如SAP、Oracle、用友、金蝶等）进行MRP运算和生产计划管理，熟悉MES系统加分。 - 精通 Excel（数据透视、VLOOKUP、基础函数），具备数据分析能力；熟悉Python/SQL等工具加分。 - 对 BOM结构、MRP逻辑、产能计算 、库存管理 有扎实理解，能独立跑通计划全链路。 2. 加分项 - 有 代工厂（ODM/OEM）管理 经验，熟悉外包生产排程和物料管控模式。 - 有 S&OP（产销协同） 会议组织和流程建设经验。 - 具备 ERP/MES系统上线 或计划模块优化项目经验。 - 有 呆滞库存清理 或库存周转率提升的可量化案例。 - 熟悉 精益生产（Lean） 或 TOC约束理论 等计划优化方法论。
