岗位职责 制定算法测试策略，搭建全维度评测用例库，以轨迹精度、抖动、延迟、效率及模型泛化性为核心指标；模拟多场景与异常工况完成测试验证，覆盖边界与长尾场景，推动缺陷管理闭环。 构建算法评测公共能力：评测平台、场景库、自动化评测流水线、性能看板、失败模式分类库；搭建仿真测试环境，支撑算法快速验证与回归；引入 AI 辅助测试手段（例如AI 生成用例、Debug Agent）；提供通用评测工具集（数据注入、场景模拟与控制接口等）。 负责算法专项测试能力建设，针对长尾压力、模型对抗鲁棒性、资源消耗极限、环境适应性等维度搭建专项评测框架与工具链。 定义并跟踪算法质量 KPI，主导长周期多工况效能评估，以数据驱动算法迭代与体验提升。 协同算法与客户团队，将用户体验问题转化为精准的评测指标，赋能并提升团队的算法测试水平。

任职要求 本科及以上，5 年以上算法评测或 AI 测试经验，理解机器人感知、规划与控制基本原理，熟悉常用模型评价指标。 有机器人或自动驾驶仿真测试经验，熟悉主流仿真平台（如 Gazebo、Isaac Sim 等）者优先。 精通 Python 及数据分析，能独立搭建自动化评测 pipeline 及仿真测试环境，有 CI 集成经验。 擅长场景化测试集构建，具备数据驱动测试思维，有 AI 辅助测试实践经验或强烈探索意愿。 逻辑严密，跨团队协同与推动力强，能从数据中提炼洞察并推进闭环。
