岗位定位 负责机器人、数字孪生、仿真及可视化相关 Unity3D 应用开发，承担从场景搭建、交互逻辑、设备数据接入到性能优化和交付落地的完整开发工作。 职位描述 1. 负责基于 Unity3D 的机器人仿真、数字孪生、3D 可视化及交互应用开发。 2. 负责机器人、传感器、相机、机械臂等设备模型的场景搭建、状态展示及控制交互。 3. 负责 Unity 与 ROS/ROS2、WebSocket、TCP/UDP、HTTP、MQTT 等系统或协议对接，实现实时数据驱动与指令交互。 4. 负责 3D 场景、模型、动画、UI、相机及交互逻辑开发，并持续优化帧率、内存和加载性能。 5. 参与仿真平台、数据回放、轨迹展示、状态监控等工具开发。 6. 配合算法、嵌入式、机器人控制及产品团队完成需求分析、联调、问题定位和版本交付。 7. 负责相关模块代码质量、工程规范及技术文档沉淀。

职位要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、数字媒体等相关专业。 2. 熟练掌握 C#，熟悉 Unity3D 常用开发框架、生命周期、资源管理及组件机制。 3. 熟悉 3D 数学基础，包括坐标系、矩阵、四元数、旋转、位姿变换等。 4. 熟悉 Unity UI、动画、物理系统、Prefab、Shader/材质等常用模块。 5. 具备良好的软件工程能力，熟悉 Git、模块化设计、调试及性能分析方法。 6. 具备较强的问题定位和跨团队协作能力，能够独立推动功能从开发到交付闭环。 加分项 - 有机器人、机械臂、自动驾驶、数字孪生或工业仿真项目经验。 - 熟悉 ROS/ROS2、URDF、TF、RViz、Gazebo、Isaac Sim 等机器人技术栈。 - 熟悉 OpenGL、Shader、GPU 渲染或图形学相关技术。 - 有大规模 3D 场景性能优化、资源热更新或跨平台发布经验。 - 熟悉 Python/C++，能够进行算法、设备或底层系统联调。 - 有 VR/AR/MR、遥操作、动作捕捉或实时数据可视化开发经验。 - 了解 AI Agent、仿真数据生成或机器人训练闭环者优先。
