About the job

The Senior Vice President role is critical to lead the Philippines. The primary purpose of the role is to lead and inspire the delivery of the Operations within the Philippines geography, including enabling local operational leaders, support teams, and supporting pre-sales activity.

This role requires the person to develop and implement business strategy for the Philippines region and to coordinate the overall corporate strategy with local operations, human resource management, finance, marketing, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve operational excellence within the country.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of our Philippines operations, including service delivery and client management
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and business partners
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and deliver greater value to our clients.

  • Client Relationship Management: Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges, analyze root causes, and develop innovative solutions to address complex business issues.
  • Change Management: Experience in leading organizational change initiatives, managing transitions, and driving adoption of new processes or technologies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across various functions such as HR, IT, Finance, and Sales to achieve common objectives.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and appreciation of cultural differences in a global business environment within the country and with teams outside

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the BPO industry in the Philippines and APAC region, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel domestically/internationally, as required.
