Dans le cadre de notre développement, TCRI Group recherche un(e) Gestionnaire Référentiel Articles & Fournisseurs pour rejoindre ses équipes au siège, à Lyon 5e.

Votre rôle est essentiel au bon fonctionnement de nos achats : vous assurez la gestion et la mise à jour de notre base articles et de nos informations fournisseurs, avec un objectif simple : disposer d’informations fiables et à jour au quotidien.

Vos missions :

Gestion de la base articles :

  • Créer les nouveaux articles dans notre système
  • Mettre à jour les informations articles : libellés, nomenclatures, codes douaniers, poids…
  • Gérer les liens entre les articles et les fournisseurs
  • Analyser et traiter les articles non codifiés

Gestion des fournisseurs :

  • Créer et mettre à jour les tarifs fournisseurs
  • Assurer les ouvertures et mises à jour des comptes fournisseurs
  • Veiller à la fiabilité et à l’actualisation des informations

Gestion des litiges fournisseurs :

  • Identifier les écarts de tarifs entre les commandes, les tarifs fournisseurs et les factures
  • Échanger avec les fournisseurs afin de résoudre les anomalies
  • Assurer le suivi des litiges jusqu’à leur résolution

Le profil recherché :

Nous recherchons une personne rigoureuse, organisée et à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, qui aime les missions concrètes et variées.

Vous êtes :

  • Organisé(e) et attentif(ve) aux détails
  • À l’aise avec Excel et les outils informatiques
  • Rigoureux(se) dans la saisie et le suivi des informations
  • À l’aise dans les échanges avec différents interlocuteurs
  • Autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe
  • Réactif(ve) et capable de gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle

Une première expérience en gestion administrative, gestion fournisseurs, gestion articles ou facturation est appréciée. Une expérience en administration du marketing de l’offre serait également un plus.
