Au cœur de l’agence, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la satisfaction de nos clients professionnels. Vous êtes à la fois leur interlocuteur au comptoir et un acteur clé de la gestion et de l’organisation du magasin.

Votre quotidien :

Au comptoir

Vous accueillez et accompagnez nos clients professionnels au quotidien :

  • Accueillir les clients au comptoir.
  • Identifier leurs besoins et les orienter vers les produits adaptés.
  • Les renseigner sur les produits disponibles.
  • Préparer et remettre leurs commandes.
  • Répondre à leurs demandes avec réactivité et professionnalisme.
  • Contribuer à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de nos clients.

Au magasin

Vous participez au bon fonctionnement de l’activité :

  • Réceptionner les marchandises et contrôler leur conformité.
  • Ranger et organiser les produits et les stocks.
  • Préparer les commandes clients.
  • Contrôler les préparations avant leur remise ou leur expédition.
  • Participer aux inventaires et au suivi des stocks.
  • Veiller à la propreté, au rangement et au respect des règles de sécurité.
  • Participer à l’amélioration de l’organisation et des flux du magasin.

La polyvalence est au cœur du poste : selon l’activité et les besoins de l’agence, vous alternez entre le comptoir, le magasin et la préparation des commandes.

Vous travaillez au quotidien en proximité avec l’équipe commerciale et contribuez ensemble à apporter le meilleur service à nos clients.

Vous justifiez d’une première expérience de 1 à 3 ans en vente comptoir, magasin, logistique, préparation de commandes ou dans un environnement similaire.

Au-delà de votre expérience, nous recherchons avant tout une personne :

  • À l’aise dans la relation avec les clients.
  • Dotée d’un véritable sens du service.
  • À l’aise avec les outils informatiques.
  • Qui apprécie le travail en équipe.
  • Curieuse et motivée pour apprendre.

Vos atouts

  • Le CACES 3 est un plus.
  • Une expérience auprès d’une clientèle professionnelle est appréciée.
  • Une connaissance de l’environnement du bâtiment, du génie climatique ou de l’industrie serait un atout.
