The posting

About Us:

Teabox isn’t just another tea company — we’re a freshness revolution. We source directly from 150+ estates across India, often getting the finest teas within hours of production. With cutting-edge cold storage and dehumidifying tech, we lock in every note of aroma and flavor. The scoreboard? 5 billion+ cups delivered to 125+ countries. We’re building a premium, home-grown Indian tea brand from THE SOURCE — and we’re doing it from Siliguri, the heartland of Indian tea.

About the Role:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong brand sensibility to design and develop Teabox brand page. You will turn our brand story, product launches, and campaigns into clean, engaging, and easy-to-use web experiences that look and feel unmistakably Teabox, while keeping the user journey smooth and conversion-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Page Design & Development

  • Design and build brand pages, campaign and launch landing pages, collection pages, and storytelling pages (our gardens, our teas, our process).
  • Translate brand guidelines into scalable layouts, components, and visual systems for web and mobile.
  • Work with the Brand, Content, and Product teams to bring each launch to life visually.

UX & User Research

  • Map user journeys, create wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Use analytics, heatmaps, user feedback, and A/B testing to find drop-offs and improve engagement and conversion.
  • Make sure every page is intuitive, accessible, and fast.

Brand Consistency

  • Maintain and evolve the design system (typography, colour, iconography, components, spacing) so all pages stay consistent.
  • Review web and digital touchpoints against brand guidelines and flag or fix inconsistencies.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with the copywriter, graphic designers, and video team so copy, visuals, and layout work together.
  • Hand off clean, well-documented designs to the website team (or implement directly on the CMS/storefront where applicable) and check the final build for design accuracy.
  • Deliver on tight launch timelines and manage multiple projects at once.

Performance & Improvement

  • Track page performance (bounce rate, time on page, click-through, conversion) and suggest design improvements.
  • Stay updated with UI/UX, e-commerce, and D2C design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

Must have

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or brand-led web projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch).
  • A strong portfolio showing web design, landing pages or brand pages, and your design process (wireframes to final UI).
  • Solid understanding of visual design: typography, colour, layout, and responsive design.
  • Understanding of UX principles, user flows, and mobile-first design.
  • Ability to translate brand identity into digital experiences.

Good to have

  • Experience with Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to collaborate better with developers.
  • Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or Lottie/After Effects.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Clarity.
  • Understanding of SEO-friendly page structure and web accessibility (WCAG) basics.
  • Interest in tea, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands.

What We Offer:

  • Ownership of how the Teabox brand shows up online
  • Close collaboration with the Marketing, Support, and Leadership team
  • Opportunity to work on new launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling
  • Learning and growth in brand design and digital experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
