So sieht dein Job bei uns aus:

  • Portfolio: Du führst Unternehmer, die zwischen 48.000 € und 90.000 € in ihr Mandat investieren – vom Onboarding bis zur Verlängerung.
  • Beratung: Positionierung, Content-Richtung und Vertriebslogik der Personenmarke, immer mit Blick auf das Geschäftsmodell dahinter.
  • Zielprojektion: Du übersetzt Unternehmensziele in messbare Marken- und Umsatzziele und hältst den Kunden daran fest.
  • Retention & Upsell: Du steuerst Verlängerungen aktiv, statt auf das Vertragsende zu warten.
  • Risiko: Abweichungen erkennst du früh, sprichst sie an und löst sie mit klarem Plan – bevor der Kunde selbst darauf kommt.
  • Schnittstelle: Content, Marketing und CRM steuerst du intern so, dass dein Kunde Ergebnisse sieht.
  • Klartext: Wenn der Kunde nicht liefert, sagst du es. Respektvoll, aber ohne Weichzeichner.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in B2B-Kundenbetreuung, B2B-Vertrieb oder Beratung – mit Entscheidern und Geschäftsführern als direkte Ansprechpartner.
  • Nachweisbare Verantwortung für Kundenbeziehungen mit echtem Umsatzvolumen.
  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Unternehmern, auch wenn das Gespräch unangenehm wird.

Erfahrung mit Personal Branding, hochpreisigen Mandaten oder CRM-Systemen (Close, HubSpot, Monday.com) ist ein Plus.
