Stellenintro

Als Lead Consultant übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unseren Kundenprojekten. Du verbindest unsere Kunden, unsere Consulting-Teams und unsere Nearshore-Architekt:innen und sorgst dafür, dass technische Konzepte nicht nur auf dem Papier funktionieren, sondern erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Dabei übernimmst du fachliche Führung, schaffst klare Strukturen und hältst die verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten auf ein gemeinsames Ziel ausgerichtet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bringe Projekte erfolgreich ins Ziel: Du übernimmst die fachliche Steuerung komplexer Kundenprojekte und sorgst dafür, dass Anforderungen, Architektur und Umsetzung zusammenpassen.
  • Führe unsere Nearshore-Architekt:innen: Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Nearshore-Teams, schaffst klare Verantwortlichkeiten und stellst sicher, dass Architekturentscheidungen verständlich und umsetzbar sind.
  • Schaffe die Verbindung zwischen Kunde und Delivery: Du übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in technische Lösungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen Kundenseite, Onshore-Consulting und Nearshore.
  • Sichere technische Qualität: Du hinterfragst Lösungsansätze, moderierst Architekturentscheidungen und stellst sicher, dass Lösungen skalierbar, nachhaltig und passend zur bestehenden SAP-Landschaft sind.
  • Löse komplexe Herausforderungen: Bei technischen oder organisatorischen Blockaden übernimmst du Verantwortung, bringst die richtigen Personen zusammen und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen.
  • Entwickle Strukturen weiter: Du etablierst Best Practices für die Zusammenarbeit mit Nearshore und trägst dazu bei, unsere Delivery- und Architekturkompetenz kontinuierlich auszubauen.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect oder vergleichbar in komplexen SAP-Projekten.
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Architekturen und komplexe technische Zusammenhänge zu beurteilen und verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Steuerung von Entwickler:innen, Consultants oder Architekt:innen, idealerweise in Nearshore-Teams.
  • Erfahrung darin, unterschiedliche Stakeholder - von technischen Expert:innen bis zum Management - auf gemeinsame Lösungen und Projektziele auszurichten.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie projektabhängige Reisebereitschaft.
