Stellenintro

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen ServiceNow OT Product Owner (m/w/d), der/die als strategische Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und den Implementierungsteams fungiert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Anforderungsanalyse: Identifizierung und Analyse der Kundenanforderungen im Bereich OT und IT, insbesondere für ServiceNow-Implementierungen.
  • Produktentwicklung und -strategie: Entwicklung einer klaren Produktvision und Roadmap für ServiceNow OT-Module, um die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu adressieren und Marktentwicklungen zu berücksichtigen.
  • Backlog-Management: Erstellen, Priorisieren und Verwalten des Product Backlogs; Formulierung detaillierter User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien.
  • Koordination mit Entwicklungsteams: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Implementierungsteams, um sicherzustellen, dass die Anforderungen korrekt umgesetzt werden und die Projekte im Zeit- und Budgetrahmen bleiben.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung der Qualität der implementierten Lösungen durch Testing, Validierung und Feedback-Schleifen mit den Kunden.
  • Stakeholder-Management: Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Projektbeteiligten auf dem neuesten Stand sind und die Produktentwicklung unterstützen.
  • Workshops und Schulungen: Durchführung von Workshops zur Anforderungsaufnahme sowie Schulungen für Endnutzer und Kunden zur effektiven Nutzung der implementierten OT-Lösungen.
  • Monitoring und Optimierung: Kontinuierliche Analyse der Nutzung der ServiceNow OT-Module und Entwicklung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur Effizienzsteigerung.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise im Bereich Operational Technology oder IT Service Management.
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der ServiceNow-Plattform und ihrer Anwendungsmöglichkeiten im OT-Umfeld (z.B. Asset Management, Predictive Maintenance, Monitoring).
  • Erfahrung mit OT-Systemen wie SCADA, DCS, PLCs und deren Integration in IT-Systeme von Vorteil.
  • Zertifizierung als ServiceNow System Administrator, Product Owner (Scrum), oder ServiceNow Implementation Specialist ist ein Plus.
  • Technisches Know-how in den Bereichen OT/IT-Integration, API-Anbindung (REST/SOAP), und Scripting (JavaScript).
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu verstehen und effektiv zu kommunizieren.
  • Projektmanagement-Erfahrung und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu interagieren.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
