Stellenintro

Als Senior SAP CO Consultant begleitest du unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer Controlling-Prozesse und der Transformation auf SAP S/4HANA. Du verbindest tiefes Prozessverständnis mit SAP-Know-how und entwickelst Lösungen, die Transparenz schaffen und Unternehmen bei fundierten Entscheidungen unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Optimiere Controlling-Prozesse: Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse im SAP CO, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden effiziente und zukunftsfähige Lösungen.
  • Gestalte S/4HANA-Transformationen: Du begleitest unsere Kunden fachlich und technisch bei der Einführung, Migration und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA Controlling.
  • Schaffe Transparenz: Du entwickelst Lösungen für Kostenstellenrechnung, Kostenartenrechnung, Innenaufträge, Profit-Center-Rechnung und Ergebnisrechnung, die eine verlässliche Steuerung des Unternehmens ermöglichen.
  • Denke End-to-End: Du stellst die optimale Integration von SAP CO mit SAP FI sowie angrenzenden Prozessen wie Einkauf, Vertrieb und Logistik sicher.
  • Mache Anforderungen zu Lösungen: Du führst Kundenworkshops durch, analysierst fachliche Anforderungen und übersetzt sie in passgenaue SAP-Lösungen.
  • Übernimm Verantwortung: Du steuerst Arbeitspakete oder Teilprojekte eigenständig und unterstützt unsere Bestandskunden auch bei komplexen SAP-CO-Support- und Weiterentwicklungsthemen.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP CO Consultant oder SAP Key User mit fundiertem Prozessverständnis im Controlling.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP CO und idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA Controlling.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens mehreren der Bereiche Kostenstellenrechnung, Innenaufträge, Profit-Center-Rechnung, Ergebnisrechnung oder Planung.
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung, Workshop-Moderation und Anforderungsanalyse sowie die Fähigkeit, fachliche und technische Stakeholder zusammenzubringen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie projektabhängige Reisebereitschaft.
