Stellenintro

Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Expertenteams suchen wir eine/n Senior Consultant ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB (m/w/d), der/die eine Brücke zwischen klassischem ITOM und der neuen Ära der KI-gestützten Operations schlägt.

Die Position kann deutschlandweit remote ausgeführt werden.Gelegentlich sind Team-Treffen in Stuttgart oder Einsätze bei Kunden geplant.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fundament für moderne IT-Organisationen: Du entwickelst CMDB- und CSDM-Architekturen, die als „Single Source of Truth“ funktionieren - skalierbar, sauber und bereit für KI-Use Cases.
  • Infrastruktur endlich transparent: Mit Discovery, Service Mapping und smarten Integrationen sorgst du für echte End-to-End-Sichtbarkeit in hybriden IT-Landschaften.
  • Ordnung ins Alert-Chaos: Durch Event Management und AIOps-Ansätze verwandelst du unstrukturierte Alerts in verwertbare Insights - proaktiv statt reaktiv.
  • IT vom Business her: Du modellierst Services statt Systeme und schaffst die Grundlage für Impact-Analysen, Automatisierung und stabile Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Innovation in den Betrieb: Du evaluierst neue Features wie Generative AI im ServiceNow-Umfeld (z. B. Now Assist für ITOM) und zeigst konkret, wie sie echten Mehrwert liefern.
  • Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe: Du führst Workshops, berätst Entscheider und entwickelst Roadmaps für Unternehmen - vom Mittelstand bis zum Konzern.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im CSDM und im Aufbau serviceorientierter Architekturen
  • Erfahrung mit IRE, Patterns und Integrationen (z. B. Service Graph Connectoren)
  • Idealerweise Zertifizierungen wie CIS Discovery oder CIS Event Management
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit AIOps oder Generative AI (kein Muss, aber starkes Plus)
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl mit Enterprise-Stakeholdern als auch pragmatisch im Mittelstand zu arbeiten
