What You'll Do as a Health Consultant Assistant

  • Schedule and manage client phone appointments, keeping the lead Health Consultant's calendar organized and up to date.
  • Respond to customer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing and shipping test kits to customers.
  • Assist with sales calls and answer basic health-related questions for customers.
  • Support the Health Consultant with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep client care running smoothly.
  • Provide friendly, attentive communication that reflects NewLight Health's values in every client interaction.
  • Learn alongside the lead Health Consultant through hands-on training in holistic health consulting and supplement guidance.

Our Ideal Health Consultant Assistant

  • Experienced: 1+ years of administrative and customer service experience; we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • Organized: Keep appointments, records, communications, and test-kit shipments on track.
  • Personable: Communicate warmly and professionally with customers by phone and email.
  • Reliable: Show up consistently, follow through on commitments, and handle the details customers and teammates depend on.
  • Eager to Learn: Bring basic computer skills and a genuine interest in learning holistic health consulting and supplement guidance.
  • Principled: Approach your work with integrity, compassion, and a desire to serve others in alignment with NewLight Health's faith-based values.
