What You'll Do as a Sales Representative

  • Develop new business by prospecting and connecting with architects, contractors, builders, remodelers, and homeowners throughout the Philadelphia market.
  • Manage the sales process from identifying customer needs and preparing quotes and proposals through product presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Build lasting relationships with current and prospective customers through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and dependable service.
  • Recommend specialty building products based on each customer's project requirements, budget, design preferences, customization needs, and installation considerations.
  • Generate new opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, trade shows, and other prospecting activities.
  • Coordinate with estimating, ordering, installation, production, and customer service teams to keep project details accurate and customer commitments on track.
