Gestor/a de Formación y Gestión Colegial (COIAA Andalucía)

El Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Agrónomos de Andalucía (COIAA) es una entidad de derecho público y sin ánimo de lucro que integra al colectivo de Ingenieros/as Agrónomos/as de la región. Su principal objetivo es impulsar, promover y facilitar la actividad profesional de sus colegiados/as, contribuyendo al progreso y bienestar de la sociedad.

Fundado en 1953, el COIAA combina una sólida trayectoria institucional con una clara orientación al futuro. En la actualidad, el Colegio afronta nuevos retos estratégicos e innovadores para fortalecer el papel del colectivo en un entorno cambiante. Su actuación se basa en la seriedad, la rigurosidad y la calidad de los servicios que presta, siempre adaptados a las necesidades actuales del sector agronómico.

Tras un proceso estratégico, se ha realizado un plan de futuro que afronta el porvenir con renovada ilusión, apostando por una consolidación y crecimiento en la prestación de sus servicios, por ello se precisa incorporar un/una Gestor/a de Formación.

Funciones principales

  • Planificación formativa Diseño y actualización del plan anual de formación, detección de necesidades del sector, coordinación con formadores externos y gestión de la plataforma online.
  • Promoción y captación Difusión de actividades formativas, captación y fidelización de patrocinadores y colegiados/as, y elaboración de acuerdos de colaboración.
  • Relaciones externas Gestión de vínculos con universidades, centros y organismos públicos, representación institucional y apoyo en eventos y congresos.
  • Apoyo a visados Tramitación y seguimiento de expedientes, atención a consultas sobre normativa y estado, colaboración en criterios de visado y gestión de incidencias relacionadas con seguros de responsabilidad civil.
  • Seguimiento y evaluación Control de indicadores, elaboración de informes y apoyo en la mejora de la calidad de los procesos.

Requisitos

  • Titulación en Ingeniería Agronómica (título oficial habilitante) y Dedicación exclusiva.
  • Formación complementaria en ofimática avanzada; se valorará formación en gestión de la formación o e-learning.
  • Experiencia en gestión formativa, desarrollo de programas o control de calidad.
  • Conocimiento del sector agroalimentario andaluz (valorable).
  • Manejo de plataformas de e-learning (Moodle u otras).
  • Conocimiento de normativa colegial, procesos de visado y seguros de responsabilidad civil (valorable).
  • Experiencia en gestión de subvenciones (valorable).
  • Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y orientación a resultados.
