¿Qué buscamos?

Un/a Ingenier@ Responsable de Operaciones que se incorpore al equipo en Zaragoza, asumiendo un rol clave en la coordinación operativa y en la optimización de recursos, contribuyendo activamente a los objetivos de crecimiento y eficiencia del negocio.

Funciones principales

Coordinación integral de operaciones: almacenes, equipos de trabajo y planificación diaria de la actividad. Planificación de personal (turnos, horarios y vacaciones), asegurando la correcta asignación de recursos. Coordinación logística de desplazamientos y organización de alojamientos para el personal. Gestión de obras, modificaciones y mejoras en almacenes (nuevos y existentes), garantizando su correcta ejecución y optimización de espacios. Supervisión y mejora de procesos operativos en almacén, impulsando la eficiencia y productividad. Control y seguimiento de costes operativos, especialmente los asociados a jornales.

Requisitos

Formación técnica: Ingeniería Agrónoma, Industrial, Mecánica, Organización Industrial o similar. Nivel de inglés. Experiencia previa en posiciones similares. Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y orientación a resultados.
