What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing and conducting interviews via Teams, Zoom, or Skype.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Industry Insight: Deep understanding of job requirements and assessments for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Networking Pro: Proven ability to build and maintain a solid professional network.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a growing tech organization.
• Additional language skills (e.g., German or Russian).
• Previous experience in client communication.
