En Fundación Vivienda trabajamos para desarrollar soluciones habitacionales que permitan responder a distintos desafíos de vivienda y habitabilidad.

Para seguir fortaleciendo nuestra gestión, buscamos una persona que pueda conectar las necesidades de la operación con una mirada financiera clara, ordenada y orientada a la toma de decisiones.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Analista Financiero/a, para ser parte del equipo de Administración y Finanzas, trabajando directamente con TECHO-Chile y Fundación Vivienda.

🎯 El desafío que asumirás

Analizar y dar seguimiento a la gestión contable y financiera de Fundación Vivienda, articulando sus necesidades operativas con los procesos centrales de Administración y Finanzas, asegurando que estos se desarrollen en tiempo y forma y generando información oportuna y confiable que contribuya a la continuidad de la gestión y a la toma de decisiones.

💪 Lo que harás en este rol

  • Acompañar los procesos contables y financieros de Fundación Vivienda, articulando las tareas y necesidades asociadas a compras, pagos, cobranzas, contabilidad y presupuesto.
  • Actuar como nexo entre Fundación Vivienda y los equipos centrales de Administración y Finanzas, facilitando la continuidad y correcta aplicación de los procesos financieros y contables.
  • Realizar seguimiento, gestión de cobro y proyección de ingresos y egresos, entregando información que contribuya a la gestión de caja institucional.
  • Coordinar los requerimientos de compras y pagos, velando por su adecuada programación y cumplimiento de los procedimientos definidos.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a las cobranzas, manteniendo información actualizada sobre compromisos e ingresos pendientes.
  • Preparar y consolidar información financiera para cierres periódicos, análisis de desempeño, Estados Financieros y procesos de auditoría.
  • Analizar y comunicar la información contable y financiera de Fundación Vivienda, entregando antecedentes que apoyen a su Dirección en la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos

Formación

  • Profesional de Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o carrera afín.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en finanzas, administración financiera o control de gestión de una unidad de negocio.
  • Deseable experiencia en organizaciones productivas, comerciales o de servicios por proyecto.
  • Deseable experiencia trabajando directamente con equipos de gerencia o áreas operativas.

Conocimientos y herramientas

  • Gestión financiera y contabilidad.
  • Flujo y proyección de caja.
  • Presupuesto y seguimiento financiero.
  • Procesos de compras, pagos y cobranzas.
  • Análisis de desempeño financiero.
  • Costeo y análisis de márgenes en operaciones productivas o comerciales.
  • Excel nivel intermedio/avanzado.
  • Deseable manejo de sistemas ERP o herramientas de gestión financiera.
  • Herramientas de análisis y reportería financiera.
